Vatel Bahrain has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, Reconfirming a framework for collaboration in practical training, professional development, knowledge exchange and specialised consultancy. The partnership aims to contribute to the development of qualified talent equipped to meet the needs of the tourism and hospitality sector.
The agreement supports Vatel Bahrain’s educational model, which combines academic learning with real-world experience. It will provide students with training opportunities in a professional hotel environment, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in international service standards and across a range of operational departments.
Under the MoU, Vatel Bahrain and Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq will work closely to identify relevant training opportunities that complement students’ academic studies. This collaboration will give students a clearer understanding of professional expectations and current industry practices, while strengthening the connection between hospitality education and the workplace.
