*Vatel's 10-week Bridging (Passerelle) program is designed to enable students with no bachelor's degree in hospitality or hotel management to acquire the skills and knowledge in hospitality or hotel management to acquire the skills and knowledge in hospitality and restaurant services management to continue their schooling with a Vatel MBA, while optimizing their previous knowledge.

  • TOTAL CREDITS: 120 ECTS (EUROPEAN CREDIT TRANSFER SYSTEM)
  • LENGTH OF STUDIES: 2 YEARS

Admission requirements

Master's Degree Entry Requirements
Applicant to the master’s degree with no prior bachelor’s qualification in hospitality or hotel management or without experience in hospitality and hotel management filed are required to successfully: 

  1. Complete a two-months bridging programme.
  2. Pass an interview.

Direct entry is granted for applicants to the master’s degree with a prior bachelor’s qualification in hospitality or hotel management or holders of any other bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality and/or hotel management. This includes holders of Vatel Bachelor’s degree. Applicants are required to successfully: 

  1. Pass an interview.


PROGRAMME AIM

Acquiring analytical and decision-making methods, as well as practical managerial experience. Developing an open mindset on business in general in order to cultivate entrepreneurial qualities, especially in tourism and the international hospitality industry.

Students study key strategic rules and then apply them to Hotel Management.

Students may choose an MBA specialization for their second year. In this case, Semester 2 is academic and Semester 3 targets management training applied to that specialization.
