Vatel Hospitality & Tourism Business School won the International Student Ratio Award in the Global Higher Education Exhibition “GHEDEX 2023” which was inaugurated by HE Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Education Council and held at the Exhibition World Bahrain.

General Director of Vatel Bahrain, Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received the award; a distinguished accomplishment to be added to the achievements of Vatel in the fields of tourism, hospitality, and hotel management. Vatel has been awarded several regional, and international awards, including the Best Hospitality Management School award and the Best Educational Innovation award for its exclusive Marco Polo student exchange program, along with FORBES Middle East’s Best Institutes For Higher Education Award - Best Hospitality and Tourism Program.

Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said, "Vatel Bahrain continues to promote educational tourism and contribute to achieving the tourism strategy 2022-2026, in the interest of the national economy. This award confirms the outstanding efforts put forth by Vatel in implementing the strategy, which demonstrates the college’s right path to excellence in the fields of tourism and hospitality."

The General Director of Vatel Bahrain called on students and parents to visit the college's pavilion at the Global Higher Education Exhibition “GHEDEX 2023”, during the period of May 6 – 8, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, as it represents an excellent opportunity to learn about the academic programs offered by Vatel, and allows visitors to attain details on curricula, educational, and training opportunities.
